55.11 Goldilocks at Scottish Rite Children’s Theatre

February 24, 2011

Being from Houston, I grew up around NASA, so a shuttle launch always excites me. Good luck to the crew on the final mission of the space shuttle Discovery! I tried to find something space related to blog on today as a tribute to the shuttle launch, but no such luck.

“Goldilocks” obviously has nothing to do with space, but I figured it was about time for another kid-friendly event. It’s the classic fairy tale we all remember. I was never big on fairy tales, but I always liked this one because it reminded me of “The Berenstain Bear” books. I loved those books.

Scottish Rite Theatre is a great theater and is perfect for little ones. The actors always put on a great show.

I imagine this is probably one of the more popular performances at the theater, so plan ahead to make sure you get tickets.

Tickets: $4 -$10

Location:
Scottish Rite Children’s Theatre
207 West 18th Street
Austin, Texas 78701
