21.11 Get Fit Austin! Open House

January 21, 2011

I’m hoping to encourage people to stick to their New Year’s resolutions, and I thought today’s list item would help keep you on track and stay motivated! I’m not sure how others feel, but this cold weather really makes it hard to stay in a workout routine.

Head on out to Anytime Fitness tonight to learn more about balance, eating right, exercise and how to adjust your lifestyle to stay healthy. (There is no obligation to get work out there. They’re just trying to keep Austin fit!)

You can sample meals from My Fit Foods and Zico coconut water (which is delicious). If you haven’t checked out My Fit Foods, they have the best chicken salad ever! I could elaborate on them, but maybe I’ll save that for another blog. I always leave full and never feel guilty, which is good. Also, they have free chair massages!

This is just a great opportunity to spend a night trying to be a little healthier, which always feels nice!

But not to worry, there’s nothing healthy about tomorrow’s list item. Stay tuned for weekend fun!

Price: Free

Time: 4:30-9 p.m.
