285. Lulu B’s

October 12, 2010

To begin with, yesterday was Columbus Day. When I mentioned holiday I meant in the sense of a holiday that everyone had the day off work and could relax! I stand corrected though, as it was indeed a regular holiday! Clearly I was still on ACL brain when I blogged yesterday morning!

But it’s Tuesday, and our trailer park eatery search must continue! Honestly, it seems to be getting better by the week. I owe this little gem to two of my favorite Austinites, Megan & Chris, who are both foodies and trailer food connoisseurs.

Trailer food always amazes me. It’s crazy to think that someone woke up one morning and thought, “Vietnamese Sandwiches would kill out of a trailer.”

Their bahn mi sandwiches rule, especially the lemongrass pork. And while the bahn mi is my favorite, they also feature Vietnamese vermicelli bowls and summer rolls for those that aren’t in a sandwich mood. It’s definitely one of the better and more unique food trailers in Austin.

I also want to mention – for those of you that want to see all the trailers that have made the blog, just click categories and click “Trailer Park Eateries” to see the full list!

Heads up foodies: Lulu B’s is cash only.
