172. Yelp Eats Week!

June 21, 2010

Happy First Day of Summer Austin! Did you know that today is the longest day of the year. Who is ready for a week of good eats in the Capital City.

Yelps Eats is a week where some of the city’s highest rated restaurants will offer a deluxe $25.00 or $35.00 prix fixe dinner menu.

Participating restaurants for $25.00 menu’s include 365 Things To Do in Austin, Texas list item #57. Max’s Wine Dive, #29. The Belmont,  Andiamo, Corazon at Castle Hill (a personal favorite of several of my friends), Fine & Porter, Z’Tejas, Southwest Bistro at the Hyatt, Mulberry, The Woodland, and Gumbos at Westlake.

Participating restaurants for $35.00 menu include, Trulucks, The Driskill Grill, Parkside, and Jeffrey’s.

I am so excited it reminds me of the famed “Austin Restaurant Week.” Great idea Austin Yelp.

Remember: the menus are for DINNER only! Call ahead for reservations and request the Yelp Eats menu. Also, one last thing the menu does not include tax/tip or alcohol. Have fun, this is such a cool opportunity to test out some of Austin’s finest dining at a great rate.

When: Monday June 21st– Sunday June 27th
